Calvary Youth 2024-2025

Welcome parents of Calvary Youth! If you've found yourself on this registration page, we hope it means you're planning to enroll your youth in youth group! Calvary Youth will be a time and space for youth grades 7-12 to gather to learn about Jesus through teaching and discussion, be discipled through small groups, and make friends.

Youth group will take place on Wednesday nights at 7PM-9PM at Calvary Baptist Church starting September 18, 2024 through to June 18, 2025.

***Note! This registration form must be completed by the parent or guardian of the youth (i.e. it may not be filled by your child/youth). Students must not register themselves, they must only be listed as a participant, NOT the registration contact. In completing this form, you are granting permission and informed consent for your child/vulnerable person under your care to participate in the events and programs under Calvary Youth described below. 

Get started by clicking the Register button on this event page. A code will be sent to your email or phone number whichever you choose to provide. Planning Center will then prompt you to select which user is registering. If you do not have a profile in Planning Center yet there will be an option to register as the REGISTRATION CONTACT. This will create your parent profile if you do not already have one. 

Information received is confidential and is being gathered for the purposes of serving your Child while in the care of Calvary Youth, a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. Any medical information collected here serves to authorize Calvary Youth, its Staff and Volunteers, to obtain medical assistance in emergencies. 

Calvary Youth is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child in our programs, to assign the student to the appropriate group(s), to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child, and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities within our organization. If you wish Calvary Youth to limit the information collected, or to view your child’s information, please contact us.

Separate consent forms will be required for multi-day events and activities of elevated risk.
